Patterned Electroconductive Networks in Ag‐Polyamide 6 Composites by Laser Ablation

A simple, fast, and cost-effective method to fabricate conductive paths on insulating Ag-containing polyamide 6 (PA6) composites by laser beam treatment is presented in this study. First, Ag-hybrid microparticles (Ag-MP) with a total metal load of up 19 wt% are synthesized based reactive encapsulation strategy utilizing activated anionic polymerization ε-caprolactam solution, the presence Ag nanoparticles. Then, Ag-MP compression molded into plates (Ag-PL) which scanning applied create their selected parts. comparison between structural, morphological, thermal properties Ag-PL performed. The electric Ag-loaded hybrid materials investigated before after ablation, it concluded that results widths range 500 µm conductivity values 1.12 8.90 S m−1 while untreated Ag-PA6 surface remains isolating 1.27 × 10−08 m−1. These prove applying ablation controlled parameters initially can efficiently produce line patterns composite plates.
